Morton Road

This project comprises of the design and construction of 3 no houses 1×1 bed house, 1×2 bed house and 1×3 bed houses, comprising the detailed design, site clearance, decontamination/site remediation where applicable, construction of new buildings, completion and defects rectification and associated external works including landscaping and cycle storage.

Adelaide Wharf & Gordon Road

The Project consists of two sites namely Gordon Road (5 houses) and Adelaide Wharf, Norwood Green (20 flats), Southall, a total of 25 new build units that are a mixture of rented and shared ownership or private houses and flats plus all demolition, site clearance, car parking spaces, external works, services, diversions, drainage, and associated landscape works.
