This is a project for Wandle Housing Association.
An 8-unit residential development on land within the curtilage of an existing 6-unit block in the ownership of the Client. The development seeks to utilise land which is currently underused and unmaintained to provide an enhanced environment for both the current and future occupants.
Design principles for the development are set against policies contained in the Local Plan, land use, design and quality of living accommodation, transport, residential amenity, sustainability, Secured-by-Design, waste management and recycling considerations.
