Peabody Trust is one of London’s largest and oldest housing associations, which now owns or manages over 19,000 properties across 30 London boroughs, housing nearly 50,000 people.
Westminster Community Homes Ltd is a subsidiary of Westminster Council. Their aim is to ‘acquire high quality sustainable homes which complement the local environment and encourage thriving neighbourhoods’.
Lambeth London Borough Council is the local authority for the London Borough of Lambeth in Greater London, one of the 32 local authorities in London.
Dacorum is located in the north-west of Hertfordshire, in the East of England region. The Council itself is based in Hemel Hempstead.
Established in 1963, Notting Hill Housing Association is now one of the largest property developers in the London area managing up to 27,000 properties.
London & Quadrant have been providing homes for over 45 years across London and the South East, working with over 90 different local authorities and managing 70,000 homes.
Metropolitan Housing Trust own or manage over 13,500 homes in London and the Midlands and house over 33,000 people, working with councils, developers and charities.
Viridian is a modern, dynamic and flexible association, providing rented homes, care in the community, key worker and student housing and low cost home ownership.
One Housing Group is a comprehensive strategic housing provider made up of three regional housing associations and other businesses. It operates in 25 local authorities across London and in adjacent home counties.
Network Housing Group owns and manages 17,500 units of social housing. Most of their properties are rented to tenants, but some are sold on shared ownership leases.
The Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation enables vulnerable and disabled ex-Service personnel, including those who have been homeless, to rebuild their lives through housing and support within the communities they help sustain.

When we won the Fresh Ideas for Low Cost Housing Competition with The Peabody Trust, it was one of our first significant public projects. As a young practice working on a partnering commission, we were highly dependent on the quality of the contractor. Sandwood contacted us at a very early stage and explained their team working ethos. They described the building to us in terms of its key design ideas. This is unusual for a builder. They reassured us that they would support the design throughout the whole development process. They kept their word.
