Project Description

This project comprises of the design and construction of 3 no houses 1×1 bed house, 1×2 bed house and 1×3 bed houses, it is the first project undertaken for Islington Council. The project was procured using a two stage tender process with the design development undertaken via a Pre-Contract Services Agreement (PCSA). This enabled SDB to undertake all the testing/review in advance and commit to achieving the target contract sum with no exclusions or provisional sums for the second stage.
